This covers the information we hold about drivers we text. It is deliberately short.
We collect this because we cannot text you without it, and because we have to be able to show that you agreed.
Sending you the link to your bill of lading and updates about that load. Nothing else.
No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not hand it to anyone for advertising.
Only our messaging provider, and only so they can deliver the text to your handset. They are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We may disclose information if the law requires it — for example a subpoena, or a records request from a regulator.
Your number and the consent record stay attached to the load record for as long as we are required to keep that record for tax, audit and transport purposes. The consent record is kept unchanged on purpose: it is the evidence that you agreed.
Reply STOP to any message. That is recorded immediately and cancels anything already queued for you. See our Terms.
Opting out stops the messages. It does not erase the load records we are required to keep.
