Plain English, because there is not much to say. This page covers our text messages, and the terms that apply to this website.

SMS: what we send

If you are scheduled to haul a load for us, we text you a link to your bill of lading, plus updates about that same load — for example if the pickup time moves.

That is the whole program. We do not send marketing, promotions, or anything unrelated to a load you are actually hauling.

How you opt in

One of two ways, and we keep a record of which:

You tick the box yourself on your phone when you check in at the scale.
You tell dispatch — by phone or on paper — that it is fine to text you, and they record that when your bill of lading is issued.

We do not add a number any other way.

How often

It varies by load. Typically 1–3 messages per load. No load, no messages.

What it costs

We do not charge you anything. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation, and then nothing further.

Reply START if you want them again. Reply HELP for help. STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE all work.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a text does not arrive, the bill of lading is still on paper and the QR code on it still works.

Two specific things worth naming, because they are easy to misread:

Some sequences are illustrative. Parts of the imagery and video on this site are generated or depict a supplier's equipment rather than our own. They show a process, not a photograph of a particular machine on a particular day.
Renders are not photographs. Where a facility is proposed rather than built, what you are looking at is a model. Any dimension given without a stated source should be treated as indicative and confirmed by survey.
